Terms and Conditions

of made to measure garments

1.   The initial consultation is free.

2.   A 50% deposit is payable at the next consultation if work on your garment is to go ahead.

3.   Once a deposit has been paid the order CANNOT be cancelled.

4.   The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

5.   Only cash or cheques are accepted.

6.   The balance is payable on completion of your garment.

7.   These are made to measure garments and as such are NON RETURNABLE and NO refunds will be given.

8.   SMALL alterations will be done after completion provided Simply Fancy Frocks is contacted by either email or phone within 30 days of completion.
